Blooming Hill Chefs, Austin Jones and Chaynce Pelio, have prepared a seasonal 4 course menu using Blooming Hill Produce and Fossil Farm's locally sourced meat. Our beverage Director, Justin Heneveld, will be providing a beverage pairing for each course. We will host a cocktail hour before the four course dinner and wine pairing. All beverages are included.
