Rob Zwirz began his culinary career at Michy's and Sra under Michelle Bernstein before joining Babbo in 2009. From there he worked his way up to Executive Sous Chef before moving to Lupa Osteria Romana as Executive Chef in June of 2015. He returned to Babbo as Executive Chef in 2018.

We will host a cocktail hour before the four course dinner. Included is beer, wine & a specialty cocktail!
