Join us for a five course farm dinner

prepared by Chef Rob Zwirz of One Fifth

Chef Rob Zwirz studied at the Culinary Education Center in Asbury Park, NJ. Early in his career, he went on to work under Chef Michelle Bernstein at her flagship restaurant Michys and sister restaurant Senora Martinez in Miami, Florida. In 2009, Zwirz moved back to New Jersey and began working at Babbo in New York City as an entry level line cook. He worked his way up to Executive Chef at Babbo and stayed in the position until 2020. In 2021 he began working under Chef Marc Forgione at Peasant and Restaurant Marc Forgione in preparation for the role of executive chef in the opening of the group’s new location, One Fifth.

Our wine rep, Anthony Natale, from Wilson Daniels will be providing a beverage pairing for each course.

We will host a cocktail hour before the five course dinner and wine pairing.
