The Farm


Ceremony
We have an outdoor ceremony site with seating and your choice of arbor, along with a tented ceremony rain plan site.
Cocktail Hour
You will have use of our Barn and Restaurant buildings throughout cocktail hour. The Barn & Restaurant will be decorated with sustainable and seasonal floral decor, plants, and greenery.
Reception
Our property includes a Sperry sailcloth reception tent with wooden flooring, clear side walls, heaters, & fans. The property is fully equipped with bistro lighting, electricity, indoor restrooms, 6 passenger golf cart, in-house decor, and all dining essentials including dinner chairs, tables, linens, plateware, glassware, and silverware.
The normal time slot for a wedding, with or without a ceremony is 4 - 10pm. The wedding party can arrive at 2:30pm for photos prior to guest arrival.
The Food


We want our food to be one of the centerpieces of your event.
Our chefs have created seasonal menus featuring produce available on the farm throughout the year.
Any ingredients that can't be sourced from the
farm directly (meat and fish for example) will always be sourced from the
highest quality purveyors, locally and organically if possible.
Menus & Dining Format
The pricing for each dinner format also includes passed wood fired pizzas and hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour portion of the wedding, along with your choice of a dessert bar.

Blooming Hill Farm takes pride in the food we offer for your wedding day. We’ll invite you to join us for a tasting of the full food and wine menus specific to your wedding season the winter prior. After the tasting, you will choose your menu based on these seasonal offerings.
Beverage Offerings


Package Options
Non-alcoholic beverages, coffee & tea, mixers, garnish,
ice and any other necessary beverage accoutrements are included with each package.
All package pricing is based on five hours of open bar service.
We stock a selection of locally produced and brand-name products. We can source
specific brands outside of our normal stock, but this may increase your package pricing.
Custom craft cocktails are included in our classic & premium bar packages.
Event Planning & Staffing


Unlike most wedding venues Blooming Hill has a dedicated event team who will work with you to plan and execute your wedding at the farm. We will have scheduled meetings to discuss timelines, decor, menus, and floor plans, and we are also available along the way for any little things you need guidance on. We will provide you with a day of coordinator and we do not require you to hire an outside planner.
You will have access to our wedding guide and FAQ along with vendor recommendations. We can make recommendations on hotels, rehearsal dinners, and things to do in the area so you can build a fun and easy wedding weekend. We will coordinate timing for rental delivery and vendor setup prior to the event.
In addition to day of coordination, we offer ceremony rehearsals the day before the wedding and will coordinate with your friends, family, and vendors to make sure your ceremony is seamless on the day of.
A 23% administrative and staffing fee is assessed based on your pre-tax total.
This fee covers all event staff - event planner, service staff, bartenders, catering & kitchen staff,
and general staff for setup, breakdown and cleanup.
Any additional gratuity for staff is left at your discretion.
Decor


Weddings at Blooming Hill are tailored to each individual couple.
We offer a variety of in house decor options to customize the look of your event without the added stress, time and expense of having to source all of these items yourself. We also encourage you to incorporate your own personal touches to make your wedding feel special and unique to you. We will set up and style all key elements of your wedding - seating cards, favors, guestbooks, table numbers, DIY elements, etc. At the tasting, you will be able to view samples styles and colors in person.

Wedding Estimate Calculator
Micro Weddings & Elopements
Blooming Hill has the versatility to host intimate weddings on the property. Please inquire about micro wedding and elopement pricing.
Booking and Payment Schedule
Before an event is booked a contract and full estimate will be created, and once finalized an initial deposit will be taken. Following the initial deposit a payment schedule will be established.
Recommended Rentals, Vendors & Lodging


While you do not need to rent anything for your wedding, optional rentals to consider would be a stage, dance floor, specialty linens, specialty glassware, specialty furniture.
We will work with rental companies to coordinate set up and break down.
The only services we disallow are third party bar & catering services.
We are the exclusive bar & catering service to all of our events and the cost is built into our pricing model.
