Beginning this December, Blooming Hill Farm will host one local winemaker each month for a four-course meal taking place at the farm.
Chef Chris Grare will present dishes that showcase the Blooming Hill Farm’s organic produce, house made pastas as well as locally sourced meats, cheeses and fish, highlighting the rich flavors of the region. Each dinner’s courses will be complemented by the guest vineyard’s exceptional wines, with one of their in-house experts providing in-depth knowledge of the wines served.
